Not a Giants hater, but that's how it looks to me too. More than any other team in the NFL I can think of, I think the Giants' 'inmates run the asylum'.

They did last year and now with Coughlin as a lame duck, things will be even worse.

Guys in that locker room have their own agendas and I don't see much in the leadership department.

I think things have the potential to get really ugly in New York this year.

Yeah... not really a giants hater either... I think Manning is better than he has shown. I blame Coughlin and the quitters like Plax and even Shockey.

The coach has to have organization within the team which then lends itself to structure for the QB to be successful. That aint happening anytime soon.

The Giants have about 4 or 5 T.O.'s "distracting" the lockerroom(team) and it is hardly reported.. Tiki is going to be put on a pedestal for his comments and insight... unbelievable.

I'll say this about Manning he does not appear to have much in the leadership department. The guy throws a poor pass or Int and just shrugs his shoulders with a dumb look on his face.

I am by no means a Manning supporter... but when the other pieces on offense are working(trying, making an effort) he does pretty good. He had some real impressive drives.

As far as "leadership"... I think he just has an unorthodox way of leading.... BUT... if too many of the playing pieces arent playing... who is he expected to lead?

I think he has some talent I don't think he is much of a leader. I see the same thing in Carr. Manning has little to no reaction to what is taking place on the field and he does nothing to try and rally the troops even on the sidelines. Like it or not the QB is a position of leadership and I just don't see that trait in him at this level.
