I'm guessing his forehead slammed into the top of the entrance and he suffered a broken neck...to begin with.

This guy doesn't have a lot of videos, because they take so long to make and I assume they cost a bit, but the ones he does have are impactful.

There's some negligence here (either on the part of the dumb ash wearing metal for an MRI, or the staff there). Any MRI I've had or heard of, they were very diligent about making sure I was wearing no metal or had none inside of me. When the doctor told me they wanted to order one, they emphatically told me not to bring/wear metal. Then the tech at the place asked me if I was wearing any and told me to take any off if I had some.
