It's amazing what a little time off will do when you are hurting. Eliott showed quickness and cutting ability that he had not had in his past few starts.

Of course, some are saying he played better because of Pollard's performance against San Fran, but that's to be expected of fans who don't like the player, assuming the worst instead of the best. Saying Elliott wasn't playing as hard as he could before Sunday's game is just another way to attack him.

Well said!!

A thread started about Elliott just to make a terrible attempt to crap on Prescott.
It's actually a little sad.

Even when Zeke is not running well, Dak’s career is made off of him, considering how much play-action they run. Dak has ONE pass called on his like 35 RPOs this year.

Dalton has started three more games than Dak at eight and played five more total, meaning 10 games and has used play action like ten times less than Dak. The usage of play-action for Dak in five games is right up there with QBs in 12 games.

Dak owes his career to the looks Zeke and the RG gave him.

That’s why ‘stacked boxes’ that Zeke runs against doesn’t tell the whole story. It’s whether the RG is creating looks that the passing game can exploit.

There is a reason Dak, like Goff, drop to mediocrity in terms of QB rating when they have to go to their second progression year in and out.

Andy Dalton on the other hand doesn’t need all that play action to win games and not throw INTs.
Without Zeke, no one would even know Daks name.....hence why the parasite and PR King made sure he was best buds with Zeke!

It's amazing how you managed to start this thread, with the full intention of making it an anti Dak thread, even though it has nothing to do with him.

And by amazing, I mean like "wow, that's so pathetic, it's amazing!".
The Doctor's diagnosis is spot on.
Hey Khiladi....care to defend yourself? Or just the obvious alone?

What's wrong with playaction?

Nothing if it works. But heavy usage tends shows the limitations and dependency of the QBs that rely on it so much. This is more than substantiated by the drop in QB rating for guys like Dak and Goff on their second progressions. This offense has also pretty much completely abandoned the traditional drop-back pass for Dak.

If you get a chance, go back and watch the throws of Dak in the Cleveland game and watch him staring down WRs off play action and the Browns defenders jumping the routes. It’s just one look and throw: Dak should have had quite a few INTs on the first couple drives and the final Cooper INT was basically the same telegraphed pass leading to the final INT.

From a RB perspective, they essentially turned Zeke into a decoy and pass blocked for Dak. Zeke is the type of guy who needs carries to get going.

Dak and his crew tried to play the disrespectful angle in regards to his contract offer, despite all the flaws of Dak this organization put up with for multiple years, wasting away a talented front line and running game.

Exactly, they wisely don't advertise when a player is injured. As Parcells used to say why would you want them to know you are hurt.

Zeke probably feels the same about the Eagles as a lot of us do. They've basically been the only real NFCE threat since he got here.

2016 - Zeke's rookie year- Giants finished 11-5 and secured the first wildcard spot (5th seed). They handed the Cowboys two of their three losses. Heading into week 3, New York was 2-0 and Dallas was 1-1.
But the Giants suffered a 3-game losing streak while the Cowboys were early into their 11-game winning streak. New York sort of kept pace by winning 6 in a row themselves.

Zeke just needs to become a professional to get back to where he was. A little maturity would do him some good. Talk to Emmitt and Jerry Rice on how to prepare your body in the offseason to keep himself in the right condition. He had done it all by ability in the past.

We will see if he is willing to make that comittment. He is one of the most skilled Rb's out there - no doubt about that

lol....do people just make ish up. people around the team have been talking about Zeke's improved maturity and leadership for over a year now.

Josh Allen would win mvp in most other years. He’s thrives off play action.

Nothing wrong with it. Just win baby

Certainly interesting considering ppl said Zeke lost his make-ya-miss amongst other skills. Best all year, huh...

Its even worse, he decides when he wants to give effort and play. That is the worst kind of player you can have.

Yeah because that has really showed on the field this year hasn't it?

If you don't think Zeke is immature, then, well, you probably are immature!

I'm really sick of discussing this dude already.

If he is what you fans of his say he is, this shouldnt be a weekly discussion....

Yet somehow it is......what's that tell you?

It tells me that people are unable to let go of whatever dug in position they have taken.. Nothing more.. nothing less.

A tick doesn't let go until it's gotten its fill of blood. No harm, no foul. Just the nature of the beast.

Amazing what happens when a player feels some actually competition from others on the depth chart. This team has seemed to be very complacent for the past couple years.

Exactly what happened. He realized he can be easily replaceable by someone making a fraction of the money. Realized he had no excuses after watching Pollard succeed. Maybe he can recommit himself this offseason and come back as the player they thought they were signing for big money.

to say hes fat, lazy, immature and out of shape proves they know nothing..
