Spot on right here. Irvin would be a greta coach and someone that would have no problem getting the troops fired up nor getting in someone's *** if they were loafing.....I would love to see JJ add him...he would be great IMO.

He would have to move his way up but he has a head coaching attitude where he would actually control the energy of the team. That's why Jimmy was so good, he had all his players on his intensity level at all times. This is huge in the NFL because everyone is good, but if you own the mental edge...you'll own your guy.
