As you stated though, you didn't really watch the show and were certain in advance you wouldn't like anyone. Clips are much harder to get a true evaluation from then watching everything they said and did.

He was honestly miles ahead of anyone else.

Holley was a good raw athlete but he never touched Hawkins in competitions.

None of those guys were great to be sure but if they also ignore the guys who actually perform the best as they did it truly makes it meaningless.

If he was worth the price of a dozen tortillas some other team would have scooped him up.

No doubt. He has been on a PS or two previously and was a mere backup last year in the CFL. He would not have done much here but it's not like Holley did anything at all. At least Hawkins has a history of blocking kicks and returning kicks/punts. He was a 2-way player at Toledo.

My argument isn't that they had great talent merely that show derails itself if it doesn't take the guy who performs best. I mean, who would go out for that show and work that hard now knowing Irvin just picks the guy who is most like him....

The only way he is like MI is he's 6'3 and about 220+ other than that there is nothing similar.

Holley winning and being on our PS all year was a joke.

Strongly doubt it b/c we don't need any WR or CBs. And you gotta be kidding me about missing Irvin on ESPN. First off ESPN radio is horrible, the FAN is much better. Secondly Irvin's show was the worst show on ESPN, his laugh and giggling was so annoying and he talked like an ignorant and uneducated thug.

I thought it was an interesting show for it being the off-season. But I don't think I would have watched it during the season.

If they bring it back, great. If they don't, so what. I don't care either way.
