Is anyone worried that success may be getting to us?

Any concerns that they may not be focused on Sunday?

This team has seemed so on point lately.

Maybe I'm just edgy heading in to Sunday...Hopefully that's the case...

The fact that no one seems to be 'chirping off' is good, just not 100% certain of Wade making sure everyone is where they need to be mentally after last season (I guess we shall see if we truly can 'change' right?)

No chance. The only upside to the futility and issues we have experienced in the past is that they know how hard it is to get this far. We will be maniacs on the field again this Sunday. No worries.

You probably need to go scream at someone. That might take the edge off.

Nope. Every quote coming out of Valley Ranch is that these guys aren't satisfied. Ratliff even said something to the effect of that he thought he was going to enjoy beating Philly more than he did, because after the game all he could think about was the next game.

so had we lost and not advanced in the playoffs, would that have been better in your opinion since then they would be more focused to open next season?

I was at the game sitting across from the Cowboys sideline. My only concern was the amount of celebrating that was taking place. If we had a Gatorade dunk, and shoulders carrying Wade, you would have thought the Cowboys won the Super Bowl that night.

I also saw coaches and players taking imaginary monkeys off each others backs.

I do hope they're still hungry, but the above scene did put a little fear into me despite a great night at the game.

I just hope they continue to play with the edge and intensity they have been playing with so far. It's sometimes human nature to relax a bit when you've accomplished something and gotten the monkey off your back. That having been said, I don't think that will be a problem with this team.

Listen to the Brooking interview in DC's thread down the page. It'll make you feel better.

QB Coach, I'm taking the comments from Romo to both Mosley and Werder that ne (and this team) remains highly motivated and not satisfied with the success gained so far. Someone who was just happy to be there wouldn't have made those comments even to those as richly deserving as those two..

Reports and interviews suggest otherwise. The fact that you had to refer to things that did not happen (gatorade dunks, shoulder carries) to suggest they were overly celebrating should say something.

I 2nd that. Listen to what he says. Listen to the radio idiots stammer all over themselves about who said what...

However, it won't make you feel better if you are a Wade hater. Nor if you think the team is run by morons.

"Do you think the Cowboys defense is soft?" My favorite part started around 13:08 if I recall. Thread Link

This team is going to be ready to play sunday.

When we were losing, the threads were a lot less inane.

You're actually right about that. Well, not a lot less, but they were less inane.
