An NFL caliber running back ? I feel like we are featuring Moose Johnston as our tailback.

Nope....but he will get enough carries and money to make you think otherwise.

How can you blame Barber? The Giants loaded up to stop the run and our line couldn't man up to the task. It's not like there holes to run through.

Unbelievable.

Are you not watching the same guy I am ? He is done. No power, no threat to run farther than 10 yards.

Did you see any holes for any one to run through? Our O line did nothing today. Romo under constant pressure and no running lanes. We haven't played well at all this year, now against good teams (and the Giants are) it simply shows.

Barber is what he is.....a average back that lost his will to sacrifice his body......the days that he would run over people are done. He doesnt have the speed to go outside or have the moves to make people miss.

Barber is a power back that gets tackled easily now by DB's

Players have figured him out....too bad Garrett hasnt......

That being said....the OL is pathetic in run blocking and shaky at pass blocking.

The game is won in the trenches and right now our OL gets beat way too often

Jacobs is slower, yet he goes 74yds for a TD. The Giants blocked well on that play, he scored. Go figure.

Dude...how dare you say something negative about a guy who hasn't really produced in over 2 years?????

There is no room for that is this forum....you should know that by now.

This team hasn't produced against quality teams in two years, That's Barbers fault. I would say he has been a bright spot most of the time.

Barber is an excellent back, but is not the best back on this team. Tashard Choice is, i hope we do trade away Marion and grab a mid-1st round pick and a 3rd round pick this year, feature Tashard and use Felix in his current role.

Seems to me Felix was having a good series in the second half...picked up a first down or two...then he had an 8 yard gain on first down...suddenly Barber is back in there and tries to get outside for a 2-3 yard loss.

He still has value running up the middle behind a lead blocker or on the goal line, but Jerry was right...its time to play the freakin' 2nd year, first round draft pick as the starter.

Watching MBIII trying to get wide is painful sometimes. For me the reality is Marion is a role player now and Felix should get the starting nod.

He is done.
If you can't see the difference in him from two years ago you are blind.
He breaks no tackles now.
Our RBs are way overrated, Felix is not near as quick as he was pre-injury either.

Thats exactly how I feel.

Watching Barber catch the ball in space was painful. He looked like he was running in cement when he tried to accelerate.

He really, really needs to be put back in his closer role. He just isn't out-physicalling fresh defenses.

And for the record, I thought he should of been benched after the fumble today. You absolutely can't have your "Number 1" RB lacking concentration in a big game with such a small margin of error. That would of sent a strong message to this team.

As it was, although I couldn't tell on TV, I'd be willing to bet no one on the coaching staff ripped MBIII on the sideline for the fumble.

I'm tired of Barber. He's way to slow to be a starter and now He's even coughing up the ball. Started last year.

get choice in there as the starter and rotate Felix.

Jacobs is not slower...Galloping Barber gets caught from behind always..

Barber has a role but it's not the featured back. Jason needs to use Choice and Felix much more with Barber being used as the 3rd down back and closer.

I don't recall the Moose fumbling in key situations.
