Is Cole Beasley the best wr on the team?

Literally do this through so many threads and posts. All of a sudden posters are coming out of the woodworks.

Dez doesn't have Dez taking the coverage away from him.

Beasley is what he is, a first down machine. Witten, first down machine. Dez, big play receiver. We just need one more guy to step up and make the big plays.

1. He's not even a wide receiver; he's a slot receiver, no more....ever.
2. He runs his routes against LBs, safeties, zones, and occasionally a 3rd or 4th string CB.
3. He fills a role, a niche. Dez is a beast vs zone and vs average CBs; unfortunately, he doesn't have the quickness or refinement to his game to be an impact player when covered by the better CBs. He's Keyshaun Johnson without the feel for the game and the defense.
4. If we ever paired Dez with a quick wideout who runs great patterns and wins 1-1 battles, we'd see something very special. Unfortunately, that need is arising quickly due to Dez's age.

Cole Beasley is no where near our best WR though he may be our most productive WR due to the position he plays and the fact that Dez's power and TWill's speed get more respect from defenses.

Dez and Beasely don't play the same position. Yeah, they are both WRs, but their roles are totally different.

Cole Beasley Gets the best Matchups for his benefit ---- i love beasley but there are way to many other things teams are worried about before beasley reaches the top. Although if he keeps making teams pay eventually they will need to move him up on the watch list !

He's a great player, now we need Butler to start stretching the field and hitting them deep here pretty soon to make the defense keep their Safety's out of the box & open up even more for Dez-Beasley-Witten and run game.
