Is Dan Quinn really all that good?

lets be realistic the cowboys haven't drafted a defensive tackle since jimmy johnson has been the coach , they get free agents and others to fill the gap so before you go off half cocked there is a big problem up front. and unfortunately when the eagles come to town they are really going to get exposed. they are not a playoff team you made wish they were but like i've said before see you at the draft

The way the defense didn’t actually bother to show up this week, as well as last week when the godawful Texans drove up and down the field, and the awful Colts had an almost amazing offensive performance until the last like 5 mins of the game, this is a question that needs to be asked….. is Dan Quinn really all that good? I mean we have been giving up a TON of yards and points lately.

Ohhh boy here we go. I know the D has slipped lately but COME ON forget the last 2 years worth and what he managed to do to this D upon arrival in 1 year lol. But yea carry on.. I swear our fans be forgetting what life was like before he got here smdh

Well I don’t think you all of a sudden got bad. I’d like to read the real analyst like the football scout and see where the problem arose. Joseph was certainly a problem and something has to be done about that. The middle of our defensive line. Really our entire defensive line the perimeter was also bad. Course I have no answers I’ll just listen to the guys that like. But Quinn did notAll of a sudden go bad or go sour and stale

He wasn't today. Peterson had him all figured out. The guy who was already crowned Defensive Player of the Year was a nonreactor today. Quinn got outreached badly

You hardly ever see our safeties in the frame during long pass attempts. It is always some DB being toasted, buttered and devoured.

That is apparently just Josephs style - getting toasted on every play. The head scratcher is why other teams just dont throw it to whoever Joseph is attempting to cover on every play, lol

It's not just Joseph, all the DB's have been getting schooled. Joseph, is starting but has much to learn. He fits in perfectly.

I love how you can flip a thread about defense and DQ into a Dak hate speech. I we stack the box, they are going to roast Kelvin Joseph, If we pull back in into coverage the other team is running right up the middle and gaining 5 a run.

I was replying to Pevansjr who was talking about injuries on this post being our main problem which I don't believe is the case as every team has them!

he has had 3 really bad games this year. GB,JAGS, and the Texans. We never adjusted...DQ never adjusted.Micah eludes to this.

the first of the year was good but as time goes on other teams watch the tape on your defense and prepare according to what they see so that's why Parsons hasn't been as effective the defense guru's have to adjust and go forward from there and they can get better. Glad van der is not seriously hurt that couldn't ended his football career. The only thing that can't be fixed is the oc he's a bone head and there's no fixing that
