is Felix Jones a bust? When u need him, he runs soft!

He jogged around on the kickoff return he almost broke (that was called back due to penalty). You will get a 35 yard return every now and then, even if you aren't a very good returner.

Felix Jones was a number one draft choice, but he is running tentatively when on kickoffs and in the running game.

So, is he a bust, only wanting to play hard when he is fully healthy?

so the whole team struggles save (2) players, and we pick out one to be a bust of the week.

we sure do "get off" on failure.

Posts like this one makes it very hard to post here.

sometimes you try hard to go around the stupidity of things like this. but like a wreck on the side of the road where someone was badly hurt, you look whether you want to or not.

but in the end, yea. it sucks so many are focused on how each move is somehow THE defining move where you can classify something as one or the other and not what it is - an ongoing work in progress.

at 1-1 people were saying .500 was the best we could do. after our winning streak, suddenly we should win the next so easily.

it's like watching the winds of fans blow. which ever direction they're blowing is the only way things will ever go from here on out.

even though it changes from week to week.

that's a mindset i have a hard time getting.

I agree that he needs to be taken off kick returns cuz he is running very soft.

But on his actual carries with the offense, there was NOWHERE to run. OL had horrible run blocking, especially for Felix. Almost seemed like the NYG knew our run plays.

he is not being used right. Jones should be running out of the razorback, lots of sweeps, draws, swing passes and screens

Could not have said it better.

So now it's his Oline. Brilliant.

yeah, some of it defintiely is....and most people that cover the league even acknowledge they have the best OL in football. They run block great and their QB's are hardly touched.

In nature, animals feed on their young. In the sports world, fans feed on their players. Let's face it. Deep down, we're all cannibals.

Mmmm... [strike]Bobby Carpenter[/strike] Rack of lamb...

he's got nothing right now. I really feel sorry for Choice: he's twice the back and gets nothing because he was a fourth round pick: typical BS. Makes me wish Tuna was back for at least a little while. He'd play the best option: not the highest pick.

Watch. After Choice leaves, he'll be a featured back and go on to do great things. :(
