When a job is paying in millions, being in spotlight, keeping the job is more important than being a winner. Would you want to be Harbaugh or Jimmy Johnson or someone or just play along the company lines and collect 6 fig paychecks every month.

Any sane person would collect the paychecks and enjoy the ride by being part of football operations.

Either you miss the point completely or you set your standard for integrity very low. Not that i care.
