Is it possible our new position coaches are out of their depth?

...that our new QB coach (Kellen Moore), our new WR coach (Sanjay Lal) and our new TE coach (Doug Nussmeier) are all out of their depth?

From Dak to Gallup to Swaim, I don’t see anyone stepping up their games.

Could it be the coaching?
I will hold off killing the TE coach be has no talent to work with. But with all the praise Lal got from the players and film shows the WR are getting open he is wash with Dooley in my opinion because he has been handed a stable of #3 receivers and is expected to make them look better. As for Moore I did expect him to at least give Dak some of the cerebral parts of the QB position

Aikman made another observation about the team yesterday. He said there were two good route runners, Beasley and Austin.

Hurns was more effective in JAX so that could be the coaching system and play calls but could also be partly on the QB.
Can't be true Dez was holding the WR back since he was the only that can't run routes and demanded the ball...

All these issues existed for 10 years. New players, new coaches, same issues. One constant. JG.

Granted, they all work under Linehan, but it seems awful coincidental that there’s little consistency in the passing game since these three took over their respective jobs.

The occasional Cole Beasley 7yd reception can’t carry the team.

Is that when it started? This year?

I'd look at things again if I were you.

Three constants. Sadly, only one of them is replaceable. His replacement will be selected by the other two. Wash, rinse, repeat.

who are they coaching? coaching only kicks in after great talent and the player must have the talent to step up their game. I believe the QB coach was a great mistake but the QB does stink, TE coach, who is he to coach, the urban legend Rico the superstar? Wr reciever coach JJ says reciever group is a great one so maybe he is bad or maybe Dak just can not find a wide open receiver consistently and if he does he misses them 50% of the time over 5 yards.
