I was there, too. What I mostly heard when leaving the stadium was a whole lot of silence. People were just stunned.
I also was telling myself to stay away from the 'zone for a few days after that loss, but couldn't resist coming back. I've been actually quite surprised at the number of people who aren't jumping off a cliff after that loss. Perhaps they saw the game like I did. I saw the Cowboys, at nowhere near full-strength, come out and dominate a team that was supposed to be one of the best out there. Yes, we made stupid mistakes that cost us the game, but by thunder I saw a team that is fully capable of beating any team in this league when they play well! Despite the fact that Tony has had two epic meltdowns in 4 weeks, look back at his career! He doesn't do this all that often! If he's done it twice already, that doesn't in any way suggest he's going to go out there and do that every other game this year. More than likely he'll come out and play lights-out against the Pats. He usually bounces back big after a bad game. I can't wait for this one, personally! But I digress. I also saw a young offensive line who we all thought was terrible handle Suh and the Lions' defensive line quite nicely throughout the game! And for the second straight game, we even showed signs of a running game! It's not great or consistent, but it was significantly improved over the first 2 1/2 games, so I am optimistic that the line is starting to get its stuff together when it comes to run blocking. I have lots of reason for optimism going forward, and I think a lot of other posters see some of these same things.
I'm also like Hos in being in shock at some of the guys who have come out in support of Tony Romo. I know I still believe in him, and Garrett, but I was surprised to find how many others still do, too!
