I know we haven't went though camp yet. I know we haven't seen the rookies yet, and we haven't seen what the offense is going to look like with Calahan calling the plays. We are more healthy right now than we have been in a long time. (KNOCK LOUD ON WOOD)...But with where we are right now, and what we know, and even what we hope, what's your season record predictions?

1) Giants -- WIN
2) Chiefs -- WIN
3) Rams -- WIN
4) Chargers -- WIN
5) Denver -- Loss
6) Commanders -- WIN
7) Eagles -- Loss
8) Lions -- WIN
9) Vikings -- WIN
10) Saints -- Loss
13) Bears -- Loss
14) Packers -- WIN
15) Skins -- Loss
16) Eagles -- WIN

We end the regular season 10-6. If we stay healthy, we will surprise a lot of teams this year and could end up with 11 or 12 wins. On the other hand, if we have the same issues with injuries as we always do, and we don't give the OL time to mesh together by playing with the same unit most of the year, we could also end up 7-9 or 8-8 again. I know I'm being a homer, but c'mon, does anyone else feel It's about time for the COWBOYS to get some bounces our way, and for some of the injury bug luck to change? It's the time of year where I feel as hopeful as I will all year long. My excitement is building..This is why JJ is the smartest owner in the NFL. As much as I have bashed him over the past two decades, every year at this time, I'M right back where he wants me, LOL..........................................GO COWBOYS!!!

It's a 10-6 year on paper. But given the organizational dysfunction, I sort of expect it to be 5-11 or 4-12.

The dysfunction is never enough to do that unfortunately. That kind of collapse, while painful, is what needs to be done for real positive change to take place. We are in the same purgatory the Commanders were a few years ago.

Perennially mediocre is not as good as it appears. The false sense of security that comes with being that close only reinforces the idea that you are doing the right things and are just unfortunate.

My guess is that if this thing doesn't get off to a fast start that fingers are going to start pointing, Romo will want more control, Garrett will start checking out, etc. By the end of the season, Spalding will probably be calling the plays.

7-9. This team had a -24 pt differential last year, and point differential is the most accurate predictor of future results. The DL is old, the LBs and RB can't stay healthy, and the OL is far from fixed. I hope I am very, very wrong, but to me this team is mediocre. If all things go their way (injuries, winning more than the avg # of 1-TD games, fumble recovery >50%), then they can get to 10-6 as a best case scenario.

It seems way to early to predict because of all the unknowns.

- How much of a difference can Frederick make?
- Will Murray finally stay healthy?
- Will the D-line stay healthy?
- Will Matt Johnson be the guy that the coaches think he is and will Barry Church be the player we saw at the beginning of 2012?
- Can we get bad Eli and bad Jay Cutler when we play them or will the Dallas defense make them look all world yet again?

I have 9-7 and missing the playoffs stuck in my head until we see how everything looks in the preseason. If all of the above works in our favor then I could see 11-5.
