Hard to tell on Richard if its Marinelli's overall scheme or Richard's back end schemes. Clearly opposing offenses have found the cracks.

Time to blitz more and gamble a bit more to force the QB to throw faster.

This is the exact reason I want the whole staff gone next year. I don't want another Wade to Garrett situation with Richard or Moore and 10 more years of this mess.

Next week we lose to the eagles. Then the bye. Season's over. Garrett gets axed. Now what? I would rather lose out then given this team any chance of finishing 8-8 and continuing this misery for 5 more years with Dak.

I say keep Garrett and go 4-12 or 5-11 and get a decent pick.
