Is Micah maturing and becoming a leader?

Pick a struggle... lets just say he did "shut up and tackle", then you'd complain about him taking all this money and going home.

People like you need take your own advice, dont listen and shut up.
So you want CZers to be quiet?
That sounds so authoritarian.
Are you like a disciplinarian or an usher or librarian?
The Library Lady says you sound like a grumpy sort.

Stop what? You the one that said he's an idiot.
He has a demonstrated history of being an idiot. The podcast is a joke. Just a couple weeks ago he stormed off the field before the game was over. Pry your head out of Jerry’s backside and you’ll see his immaturity.

Has Micah finally become the leader we need him to be, he's sure been saying a lot of the right things here recently. Can we expect him to be a leader all off season, or will the contract negotiations cause problems, or his other obligations be in the way of him being that leader we need him to be?? Please give your thoughts

So you want football players to be quiet? Are you like a disciplinarian or an usher or librarian? etc...

He's also has a history of showing maturity and being passionate about the game, which lead to him leaving the field. Which he explained on his "joke" podcast.

I need to see your certified “Fandom Gatekeeper” credentials first.

You should’ve asked if I care if anyone of you thinks I’m a fan.

No, the answer is no.
I don’t care if you’re a fan or not. I want to know what we can agree on concerning the Cowboys. I also want to know why you hate them so bad.

He also has a demonstrated history of disappearing in big games, in games late in the season, and in the 4th quarter. Additionally he shouldn’t have a podcast during the season. He should be doing things to make himself a better football player so he doesn’t routinely disappear when the games are important.

Are you Micah’s brother?

Very good player. Not my idea of a good leader. When I think of a good leader, I think of Roger Staubach for example. Micah is more of a whiner than he is a leader.

Well, if he did so publicly, people would be chastising him for that. Also, I'm not sure it's his job to hold anyone accountable for their play. That's what coaches do. Teammates calling each other out tends to end badly.
You don't have to call someone out to say hey man you got this, you can do this, lets get after it etc. Gotta recognize when guys energy is low, atleast try to get it back up, show a little passion about getting the job done, inspire them, teach them, help them in any way we can.

So what, you want him to publicly throw a teammate under the bus to the media? Yeah, that's what all the great leaders do. You keep that behind the locker room doors.

Some people on this board, mostly the older members, will never forgive Micah for having a podcast. Like that's the one thing holding this team back.
Did I ever mention he should do or say anything to or in front of the public?

How do you know he doesn't do that? Judging by the way he advocates for guys like Mazi and Overshown, it certainly seems like something he'd do.
