Well, if he doesn't "hold teammates accountable" in public, how would you know if he did it?

He also has a demonstrated history of disappearing in big games, in games late in the season, and in the 4th quarter. Additionally he shouldn’t have a podcast during the season. He should be doing things to make himself a better football player so he doesn’t routinely disappear when the games are important.

Please name a player that isn't there for the paycheck.

Be real with yourself...there isnt a level of accountability, selflessness or work ethic Micah can have that would be good enough for you.

Has Micah finally become the leader we need him to be, he's sure been saying a lot of the right things here recently. Can we expect him to be a leader all off season, or will the contract negotiations cause problems, or his other obligations be in the way of him being that leader we need him to be?? Please give your thoughts

Leadership is showing up in big games when the season still matters not acting like a fool after a sacking the QB of a 3-12 team in a meaningless game. Leadership is not becoming an off-field distraction with a podcast broadcasting all your football opinions every week.

Micah needs to go b/c we can't build a team with him , Dak, and CD sucking down 50% of the cap money.
