Dak was playing like he did as a rookie. Not just the run for gains, but the scrambling to buy time *and then* still throw a strike.
His best quality as a rookie was throwing on the run. He was great at it. The whole night he looked like that guy again. And we can use that guy.

I think the better way to say it is they aren’t the 49ers or eagles - they are a 500 team and we beat them on the road. We win the next 2 and we have something to talk about

stop exaggerating. Dak had his moments in the game, but unless "Mississippi Dak" was slow as a turtle, he isn't that. The current Dak has lost a step or two from his prime.

Dak is just not a pure pocket passer and needs to move more; whether they means running more or getting out of the pocket is to be seen but the drop back and try to read the defense is not working

He literally eluded a dozen pass rushes or so last game. I hear you, but your timing is way off.

I think Dak played great Monday night. He didn't c Ferguson wide open on a big play but that happens. He made plays when he had to and showed that he can still actually run the ball.

But let's not forget it was against the worst pass defense in the NFL. They were giving up 25 a game and we scored 20.

Hopefully it's a step in the right direction and we will start to see Dak on the move more going forward.

No, dude is slow, he is not a running QB. He runs hard, but he ain't running by anybody. The TD was a good design and the defense over committed to the RB. Does he need to keep doing it? Yes. Is it going to be taking us to another level? No, because he just doesn't have the gear that's necessary for it to otherwise we would have seen it before now.

Dak has been injured much of the past three seasons, huh?

He is finally back to where the confidence to allow him freedom to push his own weapons has been returned to his access.

I kind of think that is smart and expands what all opponents have to plan and react to. Big step forward and no one inherits that as stupidity!
