Is Peterman still considered a bust?

The Cowboys could have kept him on IR indefinitely, but they would have to continue paying him for doing nothing and having him count against the cap. After a while, they'd just had enough.

Had he been healthy, he'd probably still be around. But he wasn't. So I don't think of it as him being a bust per se, more like a salary cap/injury casualty.

Peterson is a strong lineman who is doing a good job now that he is healthy.....far from a bust.

Check OT Rogers from USC for a bust label

Exactly. Too many jump off Draft picks if they don't play evey single game. There's no time for them to develop. Dominate now or get the bust label.

Still don't wanna admit you wasted your money on that 54 jersey, huh? :D

If he has an NFL job he has value to a team. Even if he rarely sees the field.

Unless his name is Drew Henson, of course.

Part of Peterman's problem was that he could only play RG. He had no versatility to do anything else.

How many other teams would he be starting for right now.........would you prefer him over Kozier or Bigg? How about ahead of Proctor?

Peterson problem was injury related. Dallas had a choice continue to hope he could return and stay healthy or move on. I’m happy for Peterson but I clearly understood the choice Dallas had to make
I agree.
