Is Romo the best player on the roster?

Romo and Smith IMO. Dez is a beast, but a beast part time. He gets lost and is MIA in too many games. Lee is made of glass.

Smith might be the best LT in football right now, at the ripe old age of 22.

You do realize, if not for the DB dropping a clear INT, Orton's minutes this year would be defined by a pick in a blow out, when the defense isn't trying.

So I'm assuming best player is not the same as most valuable? If you had to pick between Dez and Romo missing this game against the Eagles, anyone picking Romo would have to be out of their mind. I don't think even the biggest Romo hater could honestly admit that.

Dez makes too many mistakes for me to put him as top player(fumbles . drops , slips, bad routes , etc) he is at top talent wise but he makes so many critical errors.

He makes phenomenal catches that Irvin couldn't make, but he's not a better catcher as Irvin. That's deep right there.
