Last night was an injury disaster for the OL at the end with both Martin and Tyler Smith going down with ankle injuries. Many in the media are saying that could be Zach Martins last game before retirement. Sad way to go out for an absolute warrior. Another HOF career wasted by Jerry.

The rest of the season looks like an easy slide to the top of the draft.

Oh common. His contract is a bargain at this point. He's a first ballot HOFer and it is not his fault the rest of the team could never play to his level.
As long as you're not on record criticizing Zeke or CeeDee for also holding out to get paid like Martin did. Consistency and all, you know? Not that "common" 'round these parts.

Unfortunately— it looks like his body just can’t hold up anymore. I wish him the very best and will look fwd to him wearing the gold jacket and getting enshrined in Canton.

One of my all time favorite players. Gritty, tough, beastly, and a professional technician to boot. Amazing career

He’s most certainly done. He can’t even get out of his stance. But having said that the entire Oline looks slow off the snap.

He’s done. If Sportrac is to be believed, his deal auto voids after this season.

He will need to be a post 6/1 designation. No cap savings and 11m in dead money for 2025, and 16m for 2026. Ouch. Yet, Jerry claims that coaching dead money is the problem. Interesting.

This is where Jerry’s inability to make tough decisions with certain players really hurts.

Maybe they don’t care as it’s an excuse to not bother with free agency.

Feel sorry for him given he played his guts out only to have the misfortune of having Prescott as his quarterback for 90% of his career choking up several opportunities to progress on 2-3 Superbowl calibre teams.
Never feel sorry for a man that can buy a plane.

It should be. If I owned the team we'd draft offensive linemen every year and bolster the defensive line in free agency. It makes your skill positions better by default.

At least he got one last payday.
Zach has been a legend. But yo our observation is what’s part of the big picture problem in Dallas. He should have been given his walking papers when he pulled that crap. Just as Tank should have been given his, and the same with Sac (Dak)this year. None of them were good enough at this point in their careers to be extended. Their extensions were given to them because of their legacy and because of how Jerry ties his emotions to his players. It’s a huge part of the 30 year losing culture!!!!
