He’s done. If Sportrac is to be believed, his deal auto voids after this season.

He will need to be a post 6/1 designation. No cap savings and 11m in dead money for 2025, and 16m for 2026. Ouch. Yet, Jerry claims that coaching dead money is the problem. Interesting.

This is where Jerry’s inability to make tough decisions with certain players really hurts.

Maybe they don’t care as it’s an excuse to not bother with free agency.
Jerry is like having a dementia patient run the team. He makes the same awful mistakes over and over.

Trade him to a legit Super Bowl contender and let him get a Super Bowl ring like all other Cowboy players.

The look on his face when shaking his head... Definitely makes one believe the body is just saying NO MORE.

Also a picture that will forever display the feeling of this entire season.

Yeah, that moment really ripped my gut. For such a great player to have to end his career like that

Last night was an injury disaster for the OL at the end with both Martin and Tyler Smith going down with ankle injuries. Many in the media are saying that could be Zach Martins last game before retirement. Sad way to go out for an absolute warrior. Another HOF career wasted by Jerry.

The rest of the season looks like an easy slide to the top of the draft.
This is it in Dallas. And wouldn’t necessarily write him off to not playing again somewhere.

But he has nothing else to prove. He’s a 1st ballot HOFamer.

Maybe a good team will pick him up in Fa and he can win a ring.

Zack looks done. With his contract up he won’t be back.

Zack Martin is the type of player that deserved to be a SB champion. He follows in the footsteps of other Cowboy players like Jason Witten, Tony Romo and Demarcus Ware.

It wouldn't be fair to remember Zack as he is today. Think of him in terms of the 2014 and 2016 seasons when he played a major role in two different Cowboy RB's leading the NFL in rushing yards. Imagine him going to the line with Fredericks on his left and La'el Collins on his right.

We should also never forget that he was the player that Jerry didn't want. It took intense persuasion for Jerry to draft him over Johnny Manziel. The truth is, that offensive line was created by accident. Both Martin and Fredericks were not the original choices.
