Is this Micah breakup fixable?

15 sacks by 1 guy, is better than 15 sacks by 15 guys with 1 sack each, unless the league ditches the rule where you can only have 53 guys on each team

Yes it's very fixable how's it not he hasn't even left camp this is his agent treat him like a puppet he asked him to do this he wrote it he gave it to Micah they're just trying to speed this up this is a negotiation ploy it's a puff piece it's posturing at its best..

It's happened all over sports Yes it's very fixable this is not the first time and it's not only Jerry I mean Miles Garrett just did it literally just did it at the same position looking for the same money and you ask can it be fixed why do you stay a Brown the Browns are far worse off than the Dallas Cowboys and yet money fixed it he got his way he used the leverage of the court of public opinion and he got his deal...

And Brandon Ayuk literally nearly left had trades already outlined in principle, Did the same thing and get ended up back with San Francisco.. And by the way last year that happened also with their tackle got upset like Zach Martin had to force them to give him more money I mean this happens all over you act like this is a Jerry thing and it's not there are too many examples to talk about I am worn out talking about Parsons it's going to happen...

That's really close but I don't think he's involved in this he knows he and Jerry had a deal in principle and the agent got involved which he needed to I don't have a problem with that it's part of the process and he blew it up he added things he changed things and it reset the whole process and Jerry doesn't like to be lied to you know he feels like it's disloyal that they had a deal in principle contracts are agreed upon verbally and then when they're put pen to paper and an agent and a lawyer decides to change or add things or have more demands then this gets blown up so this is the agent using persons or posturing.

I agree that's all this is both sides are handling this poorly and the irony here Prescott never had to do this he had to go through this but he never got to this level he didn't even do what Lamb did And more irony it gets deeper is all these players have gotten paid why do they even need to go through this I mean yes Jerry should have got it done sooner so both sides are at fault here But Prescott I'm gonna keep coming back to this went through this twice..

He literally accepted that he was going to play on the franchise tag how many quarterbacks have done that legitimate top 10 starting quarterbacks and then the risk was there right everybody says there's risk don't play unless you have a long-term deal..

Oh apparently with Jerry there is no risk prescott on the franchise tag snapped his ankle off jerry handed him a contract before the 2021 season and what did Prescott do had one of his best seasons He got his money he got a big bag He didn't have to do any of the social media posturing he didn't hold out he didn't even hold in the man showed up at every practice every OTA anytime asked about it in the media he told the company line he said it's a business it'll get handled one way or the other I'll either be a cowboy or I won't that's what he said in basic summarization..

And then it happens again He played on what was a lame duck season last year of his contract took a high risk again did he stoop this low Nope didn't need to And what did Jerry do it was very last minute and he gave him the biggest contract he's ever written is the highest quarterback contract which makes it the highest NFL contract ever handed out or at least 1 of them maybe top three all time he didn't need to do any of this..

So in the end I guess everybody has a different way of handling it this has gotten really bad by both sides using the fans and the media to get involved but it never needed to be done jerry paid every homegrown drafted superstar that's ever come across his team not one superstar you can name a legitimate drafted superstar he's never let walk he's paid every 1 of them and let's be clear ninety percent of the deals that jerry's done since he's been here have been done either on time or some early whether they were good or bad there are very few of these....

It's gotten messy I blame the agent I don't blame Parsons parsons is being used by his agent and rightfully so if that's their leverage let them do it I still believe it will be fixed he will be a cowboy he doesn't have a lot of leverage this is pretty much the only leverage he has...

Even though I see what you're doing here I pointed out this before I'm not picking sides but TJ Watt and Miles Garrett and Joey Bosa also have done nothing in the playoffs Nothing their stats are almost ghost like I think there's a reason for that most teams can take out your best player if you don't have an answer to counter it with...

But that's just the other side of the coin right I don't want to see Parsons go but if you can get a king's ransom for him there's not a big negative for that to help your future and building your team with all those draft picks and maybe a player to be named Someone, we can use right now...

Like I said I don't want to see him go but if the Cowboys can get an absolute ransom for him, I don't see that as a negative...

Isn't it more like his agent is giving him bad advice,

I think this agent and Jerrys never had a good relationship And the fact that they had a deal done in principle and the agent came in and changed a bunch of stuff really upset Jerry and it's Jerry an agent that are doing this they're butting heads their egos are exploding So I'm trying to keep Parsons out of this like as a fan I just don't think his heart and his sentiment isn't that he wants what he posted that his agent wrote he was prompted by his agent to do this so sometimes it's just bad advice...

And the fact is we're all sitting here saying Jerry is trying to bypass the agent since when he literally had every deal that's ever been made has been approved by a lawyer or an agent they have representation he's had to deal with that with every deal he's made the last 30 plus years...

I think is this particular agent in this particular deal that was done in principle and now the agent somehow got involved which he's supposed to and tried to change a bunch of stuff and it has it sitting here now trying to take sides...

You're right has Parsons really looked at the fact that Jerry has his rights for three years and although he can hold out for 10 games every year the next three years when he's tagged is that really going to help your career losing all that money and time and all that rust and your reputation of being hard to deal with..

I don't think anybody wants that but it has somebody whispered in his ear that this is what it could look like that he could hold out for 10 games this year lose money get fined then get franchise tag the next two offseason then you would have to hold out again I mean it just doesn't seem like it would make any sense..

That's the reality now most teams they probably wouldn't want to deal with this and they would just get the deal done quicker or trade him they don't want it to fester but this isn't any other team and this isn't any other ego this is Jerry Jones we're dealing with I don't think he has a problem doing this he allowed Emmitt Smith to sit two games into the season..

But even he stayed here so that never went anywhere allegedly he was a free agent but I don't believe that for a minute I think there would have still been tampering issues but the man never got another deal or another offer from another team and it's going to be similar to that in this case because there's not a lot of people that can afford to give up that much draft capital and turn around and pay Parsons what he's demanding..
