Is this the best offseason in recent memory?

OK...well, we've destroyed this thread...

Care to move on to another? :)

Kidding aside, I'm with you....I have promised myself to not take the bait this offseason as I've done every other...

I don't let my emotions and hopes carry me away anymore either, but this is the best off-season I have ever seen for this team.

If the team has a better than average year, injury-wise, the potential is great, if not, there's always next off-season.

Folks, how quickly we forget....JJ reaching in the draft, Quincy vs Hutch, salary (Juke and Sarge had this for lunch) cap hell, Coach Campo....the list goes on and on.

Even without giving in to unbridled optimism this is the best offseason we have seen in a long time.

Granted, we haven't played a game, but I BELIEVE this will go down as the best off-season in team history.

We drafted 4 players that will eventually start and (I believe) contend annually for the pro-bowl (Ware, Spears, Burnett & Canty). Plus Fergy, Glenn, Rivera and Henry are solid and the other draftees-even a few UDFAs-all appear to be capable contributors.

Plus Bledsoe should be better than Vinny.

Now let's play the games and replace my faith with fact.
