I mean, turnovers do make up for a lot. But it has to be noticed that when they've faced top-tier QBs like Manning and Brees the turnovers don't occur at all. That tells me this defense is great at forcing turnovers from average NFL players but the elite passers have this defense all figured out.

Yeah, and our version of the "Peanut Punch" (The Kiffin Klaw?) has been pretty weak lately too... and it looks worse when our wimpy tacklers are giving up extra yards trying to do it.

I don't see too many more defensive records being set this season. Manning, Brees and Stafford are behind us now, that contributed to the pathetic numbers up to this point. We may or may not face Rodgers and Cutler could be out as well.
