This team has the talent to win. The problem I see is this team is never prepared for the games.

Each and every game there is ALWAYS *something* wrong.

Like the saying goes. Amateurs practice so they get it right, Professional practice so they don't get it wrong. This team never gets it completely right. The reason for that is they are never properly prepared for the games they play.

The fact that they do actually win some games speaks volumes about how talented the team actually is. They win in spite of not being prepared at times.

I ask this one question of Jerry. Jerry, is three years of having lots of talent, but still floundering enough for you to make the right decision?

A soft coach produces a soft team.
A bad coach produces a bad team.
The Cowboys are a soft and a bad team.
I have no confidence in Wade Failips.

Cowboys yesterday? 10 penalties? Or something like that. Romo in the same system, along with Crayton, Austin (usually Injured though) and Hurd? And they still can't get on the same page?

Coaching and the players, both are at fault.
