Is Wade ever critical of his players?

Me thinks not and me thinks that's a major flaw when a team is under performing in a big way. Maybe it's just not in his DNA normally, but these aren't normal times. Wade's looking right down the barrels of a 12 gauge being carried by none other then Jerry Jones. If he doesn't make the playoffs he's done. Given that kind of pressure the normal thing (for most people) is to turn up the heat. Lets face it **** rolls down hill. If your boss is getting chewed on he chew's on you normally. If the O-line or Safety's or Romo or Witten or anyone is not playing as well as they should, they need to be called out.

What I want is people to admit they are accountable. I want the leaders on the Cowboy's to step up to the podium (ala Tom Brady after they got drilled by the Jets) and say we suck. None of this well, its a grind and its real hard and we need to play better. Just tell it the way it is. Romo should step up and say that he needs to not force the ball into tight coverage.

Conversely, his receivers (who seem to be bouncing balls off their fingers left and right that end up being intercepted) need to either catch it, or knock it down. For goodness sakes, don't tip the damn thing up in the air where it floating around like a balloon waiting for a DB or Safety to pick it off.

All the above said, Wade needs to pull a Parcell's and say he's benching such and such because he isn't playing well. The time has passed for being Mr. Sensitivity. I mean the last time I checked he was the Head Coach of the Cowboys. Think its time he started acting like it.

The fact that you never hear him saying anything negative publicly, about anyone, should tell you that he does that on purpose.

The fact that the players repeatedly come out and say that the way he behaves for the media is not the way he behaves during the week should tell you that you probably have no idea one way or the other how hard he is on the players.
