Drew Brees started his career in San Diego, playing in a run-first offense.

Who the hell cares what his percentage of 300+ yard games is? The fact that Tony Romo is higher than Warner tells you all you need to know; it's a product of the current era of passing, and the statistics can't be compared to other players in history.

He's one of a handful of QBs to lead his team to 3 SBs, and he has a ring. He's 8-2 in the playoffs. He'll finish as one of the highest rated QBs of all time.

The story alone should get him in. From a grocery stockboy in Iowa playing in the Arena Football League to 2 time NFL MVP, 3 Superbowl trips, and 1 Ring.

Plus he's the consumate professional on and off the field.
