He's probably gone next season. I too wish the Skins would've drafted a QB in the last draft. Scot Mccloughan said on twitter that they followed his draft gameplan to the T, except he would've drafted a QB at some point.

Sudfield is not going to work out. McCoy is a quality backup, but not a starter due to lack of arm strength. They needed to draft a QB to give themselves some leverage, at least.

Yeah, it will be interesting if the Skins win 10 games this year with a comparable offense as last year. Do they just move on from Cousins with no ready made QB in waiting? That is a tough choice, but so is paying him 35-40 million.

Personally, I think the Skins are more of an 8 win team, but I think all the NFC East teams are between 7 an 11 wins depending on health and the bounce of the ball. A few of the teams are probably higher liklihood of getting to double digits but I think all the teams are pretty close.

We showed loyalty in giving him a chance when nobody else would. He was coached up here big time.
