It's been two practices. I doubt they have decided and expect they will try him at multiple spots. He played both spots in college.

Interesting. Safeties are not interchangeable. Strong and Free safety are two distinct positions. Both are hard learned. Ask Roy Williams if his job became easier after Woodson retired?? It, in fact, ruined the last yrs of his Cowboy Tenure.

It completely depends on the package. I'm guessing he probably won't play any single high if Jones is healthy.

I should tell us how well they design schemes that is for certain.

I am looking forward to it but will also judge accordingly.

It is one thing they drafted a bunch of players for the secondary.

But we took some very good and very versatile DBs.

Yes I do but He played most of his career as a safety, and that's what we're talking about...I'm not taking anything away from him, he's a Hall of Famer but today's NFL is different from 30 years ago, it's more of a passing league, spread offence and rules enforced to make it a easier passing league, Lotts era, you could almost mug receivers and not get called for pass interference....

We really didn't know what Wilcox was either. Some thought he was a FS, others thought he was more suited to be SS. Didn't matter, but he saw the field a lot as the 3rd safety. Expect to see the same with Woods.
