This is what was planned for and intended. While I’m sure he did everything he could to make the roster, in certain he, his agent, and the team knew that the way the program was set up he would be a practice squad exemption.

I have two friends that played in the NFL that are Latinosand. Leo Araguz and Roberto Garza. It would be nice to see a few more.

Don't get all the anti-Connor Williams remarks. He was quietly one of the most improved players on the team last year before he missed the last five games with a knee injury.

Some fans think he's undersized but he's around 315-320 pounds after playing in the 290's as a rookie in 2018. Williams isn't in the same class as Zack Martin, but that doesn't mean Williams is a bad player. He's well above average and has the potential to be even better.
