Isn't Mike McCarthy embarrassed by now?

Feels like a foregone conclusion MM is getting fired and Belichek is coming in next year. I dunno why they waited a year.
Let the contract expire. Remember Jason Garrett sat out his contract at the star.

I think his infamous offseason mantra of fixing penalties was his first priority 2 offseasons ago.
Last year was run the damn ball and rest the defense.

I'm still waiting on both.
This year's All in and Rooted are their own stand alone punchlines once again.
A true leader of men I tell ya, lol.

I was just a little kid during the 70s and most of the 80s.
Did Tom Landry's Cowboys get a lot of penalty calls against them?

Mike McCarthy’s Packers from 2010-2018:

7166 total penalty yards. Third best in the NFL over that time period.

Maybe there is a Cowboys bias.

there is...but its not mccarthy's fault.
it has been an issue long before mccarthy was here.
that culture has been firmly established by the GM.
coaches change...but the same issues remain...so does the GM.
when our owner fires our GM...that culture might then be fixable.
until then...its not.
I know Jerry is a big part of the problem, but McCarthy doesn’t seem to be the type to address it either. He was ran out of GB for a reason. Considering hes a lame duck coach, he should be dropping the hammer on discipline and attitude this year….likely out of a job after this year so might as well TRY to show a little backbone. Parcells had the cowboys much improved when he was here, made them a playoff team, the way they played did reflect his coaching even when they weren’t that talented his first couple years in Dallas. McCarthy doesn’t seem to be all that hard as a coach.
