Boys and Girls,

The pundits have completely missed the bggest issue in yesterday's game. Aside from not being able to stop the Sisters of Mercy girls Football team on 3rd down, the Cowboys could not run at all on one of the worst defenses in the league.

The two running backs Jones and Barber had 26 and 15 yards respectively. Each averaging just a tad over 2 yds per carry. Romo had the other running yardage, 16 yards on 4 carries.

If you cannot run and you can't pass block, what the heck is Romo supposed to do but try to carry the team on his back. Yeah, he fumbled a few times and threw a few bad passes but he still had enough to give the team the lead at 31-30. Defense let us down, the offensive line let us down and the running backs let us down.

I don't even want to talk about Parcels, who I think is and has always been a turkey. He has never won anything without Bill Bellichick.

KEEP THE FAITH. NEXT YEAR WITHOUT PARCELLS!!!!

You are right. Romo is not a Saint but my point is that he is getting very little support from the O line, the running backs, the defense and the coaching staff!!!
Romo has real athleticism. With any kind of coaching he can become a very good QB for the long term. That and DWare and McBride are the highlights of the year.

And one other thing. Have you noticed that the opposing team's wideouts are open, way open whereas when Romo gets a little extra time by scramblling around, it seems the only one open is the dump off man. How can that be?

If you took away his fumbles, his passing this game was Outstanding, Romo even said his pick was miscommunication, weather he was telling the truth or not we wont know, but ill give him the benefit of the doubt.

Fumbles are part of the game, i understand, but form my understanding this was his first game where he just let the ball slip out of his hands without being touched, and i correct?

we shouldn't worry about it, unless this fumbling trend continues

I agree that we can't take away his fumbles, heck his fumbles were a BIG reason why we lost, but it was not the sole reason. My only defense is that this fumbling trend (ball slipping out of his hands) will not continue.

If it stops, Romo has shown he can throw the ball with effectivness.

Look, we have a 2nd and 1/2 yd for a TD and Bill runs between the tackles 3 times eventhough the knuckleheads in the booth are ranting that this is a great time for a bootleg or a fake run and a dump off to TO or to Witten.
