That would truly be another departure from the past.I want to see Moore go for the jugular as often as whenever the game is well in hand like yesterday.

Yes, sad but true, just like it was at 3-5 last season and being honest, I thought it was over too.And if the Cowboys lost, the season would be over!
You are being kind. The offense consists of 11 players. If we had lost that game, it wouldn't have been because the offense couldn't get it done!
Did the first one appear when Barkley was about halfway on his 59 yard run? I stopped coming to the fan forums years ago during the games. That MNF game in BUF was my last one. Bi-Polar Disorder ruled the forum that night. The only comments more awesome than 'THE SEASON IS OVER! REPENT!' posts and threads are game thread posts saying the game is over early in the first quarter.
It would not have surprised if it did. Game threads = rapid fire posting. You cannot read every game thread post (unless you have Barry Allen type super speed reading skills) but it would not surprise me if your inquiry is actually true.Did the first one appear when Barkley was about halfway on his 59 yard run? LOL! It's so easy to get lost in the forest and blame it on one tree! You are being kind. The offense consists of 11 players.
However, it has been well-established on CowboysZone.com, for decades, that Dallas' offense is made up of one player. This is a fact fortified with evidence reflected by the countless posts and threads created for the Fan Zone's front page every day, week, month, year, decades (times two) about the single player. So, actually, it would not have been about the offense not getting the job done but...
Well. You know.
We have three receivers who are all versatile enough to play inside or outside, and can run great routes. That gives Moore a lot more options to work with, and it appears he's up to the challenge of finding ways to take advantage of that...not to bad for a beginning benchmark for us. I had one main anticipation yesterday and that was Moore. He aced it, with even few check marks. What we wanted was an upgrade. We got one. Even though its the first game, the first impression is strong.
The offense ran so smoothly, I wondered if you could plug in any avg receiver and would it still run the same? We have brains now in our play calling. What a difference it makes.
There's still a lot to be desired. Zeke, looked rusty and out of sync. The defense gave up 17, but it looked >>>>>>really rusty>>>>> to say the least. Lets fixed that.
Still first game...no biggie. All N all, Im ready for cowboy football.
Except in this particular example, it is a tree standing smack dab in the middle of some people's Sahara Desert.LOL! It's so easy to get lost in the forest and blame it on one tree!
Well, it's a really big tree!Except in this particular example, it is a tree standing smack dab in the middle of some people's Sahara Desert.
It's fun getting reaction in real time.It would not have surprised if it did. Game threads = rapid fire posting. You cannot read every game thread post (unless you have Barry Allen type super speed reading skills) but it would not surprise me if your inquiry is actually true.
True, I'm happy because of the changes in philosophy and personnel than anything. I have not been satisfied nor happy after some of our past season's wins that looked like accidents. It was a very good first game and they need to build on it. The defense was a little loose and they need to tighten things up.
The team will get more push back from the Commanders. Their defense is much better and their pass rush is pretty good. The o-line will be challenged.
Excellent win. But not overjoyed. Should be treated as a building block.
Yeah, good points. Their Oline looked pretty bad in recent seasons, so they look like they improved for sure. Jones looks like a big QB with an arm, but didn't get good draft grades. It's make or break for their GM, who has to be feeling desperate. As usual, the first game was a surprise. I expected the D to be better, considering the Giants offense, and the O not to be as good, considering the Giants D and they have a good DC. Back in the day, the D's were always ahead of the O's but I am hoping this has reversed and we will see better from the D.
I also think the Giants OL is a lot better than we were anticipating, that's the best part of their team, including QB. I think they will get a good look at their backup QB, Jones, this season and they might be in the hunt for another 1st round QB...…...and GM. Not only did he make a questionable pick, he doubled down backing it up.
