Maybe dak is seeing increased pressure bc his abilities are limited and defenses adjusted to his weaknesses in year 2?
He throws it at his receivers. not to them. The O-Line hasn't helped but blaming the poor Zeke ypc on the o-line is ridiculous, the guy is facing 8-9 players in the box because defenses don't respect Dak throwing the football.
That Switzer punt did us in. We just made a stop and we're getting the ball back to add to the lead and bam right back in the game. It was a huge momentum switch. The run blocking looked pretty strong as well, but Wade did something in the second half.

This is just not true. The Rams got it and scored...and then the Cowboys got the ball and went right back down the field and scored again. It didn't shift momentum at all. They just got outmatched in the 2nd half.
Games always hinge on a few plays like that. What???!!? Lol. That was huge!

The entire year so far I just haven't seen the players play with that same intensity and passion they showed last year. The entire year so far I just haven't seen the players play with that same intensity and passion they showed last year.
You look at them on the sidelines and it looks like they are all just going through the motions and would rather be somewhere else.
Dak has become a robot player, Zeke has looked overweight, Dez is playing the worst football I've ever seen him play, and our defense can't get a stop.
The only bright spot I would say this year has been Demarcus Lawrence.
Yesterday, the Cowboys thought that the game ended at halftime and that is just so unlike us.
That game yesterday I feel like I've seen it so many times with this team in the past.. Finding a way to lose and doing it at home.
Hopefully playing Green Bay will wake them up. They will be told all week how bad they are and for some reason we are a better team under these circumstances.
Bingo. Dak has had is issues/mistakes like everyone else, but I'm not sure what a second year QB is supposed to do when the oline is suddenly in the toilet, we have almost zero run game, and the receivers aren't getting open. Is Witten even still on the team?I have said in many theads Dak has been missing throws. You obviously don't follow any of my posts. The OL has been crap. Zeke averaging 3.6 ypc. And the recievers can't get open. You are making excuses for the recievers saying its Dak holding the ball too long. Ya, he has all the time to read the defense when there is constant pressure in his face because the OL can't block anyone.

I have to agree. I'm glad he tries to protect the ball, but I'd like to see him loosen up a bit. It may be our only hope this season.Dak is so concerned about potentially turning the ball over that he is slow to get rid of the ball.
Press man coverage with blitzing...
It's killed us time and time over the years. Even with Romo.

instead of re-framing my comment try thinking about my comments intentIf you don't think coaching matters, you are oblivious. Look at the Rams now vs the stale Fisher regime.
In name only. Which is why I gave you the Witten example from yesterday. Dak..if arm chair fans like us see the regression in Dak's play thus far this year what do you think his teammates see, Dez has never been a leader of this team --loud voice--yes but takes way to many plays off to be a leader and his teammates see this--Zeke--no one is going to follow him with his off field issues. Lee is hurt to much and players want someone consistently on the field providing leadership. We just disagree on this front but still enjoy your takes.
