The hallmark of old people... every 20 years ago were the "good ol' days"...

For the Cowboys they were. Those teams will always hold a special place for those lucky enough and yes old enough to have seen them. I'm proud to be one. :laugh2:

Those days were good. But don't miss em. Because truthfully if the media was as it is now those days would have been just as bad. Think of the qb controversy during the hogaboom pulluer days. The fact that d white never hot team to super bowl too tall going boxer. There have been a hundred stories during landry's days. The fact that the media wasn't as large helps a lot of those bad memories.

Hollywood has admitted that Landry tried to help him but he was too arrogant to listen.
and he then went on to snort up his football career and later win the Texas Lottery. :bang2: :bang2: :bang2: :bang2: :bang2: :bang2:

You had the Duane Thomas issue, You had the Hollywood Henderson, you Had Roger wanting to call his own plays and Tom not having none of it. You had Morton and Roger QB situation. Tom and the Cowboys had some controversy over the years but no ESPN to spend an hour question it and breaking it all down.
