Norv Turner and Wade Phillips are both possibilities...the DC in San Diego is a possibility. Even Steve Mariuchi is a possibility. All of these guys have been successful in certain cities...you can't fault guys or judge them by their success or lack of it in places like Detroit, Oakland, etc.

Fans need to keep an open mind...just because you hear certain names bandied about in the media doesn't mean they are the best selections.

JJ will conduct the interviews and make solid decisions, I think...I feel he learned quite a bit from Parcells.

But I don't throw out coaching possibilities just because they were unsuccessful in a town where no one has been successful.

Whoever we bring in as HC, weather it be Norv Turner, Wade Phillips, Martz, etc. I hope that they have the sense to bring in a good DC or OC depending on who we get. Wade Phillips with a top notch offensive guy, or martz or Turner with a defensive guy.

I really don't want Mike Martz though. His style of offense just doesn't really sit well with me. But I'm not doing any hiring, so who cares.
