Exactly it's not about the game itself it's not about the score who wins or who loses this is about football's back and we get to look for the little things from the young players rookies second and third year players you're looking on the field for positive things or some people are looking for negative but just like the coaching staff we need these preseason games to get an idea of what our young players look like....Preseason is not a time for good football. But if you know what you're looking for, you can find rookies getting a chance to fill a notch that teams need filled. Even after the draft and several weeks of free agency there are deficiencies that need filled. Now it's time for the Cowboys to evaluate available veterans out there with a skill set that we are otherwise lacking and sign them. By this time, the price is right.
