It's a torn Achillies for Ellis...my opinion..

I dont think if it was a rupture, Greg Ellis would be standing on sidelines, and if you wanted, when greg walked with the crutches, he was putting alittle weight on the ankle that was hurt, I am thinking its a pretty good sprain or something like that.

Just doesnt seem if it was a tear he would be out there walking on it, and he would be in pain too.

I say a strained achillies. He is in regular shoes so it may not be that bad but it will be stiff in the morning.

They said it was an achilles injury. But, they never said exactly what. I don't think it's ruptured because he'd be in a boot. Could be torn, but he's walking on it. Hard to believe he would be walking on it if it was torn, but I'm not sure. Is it strained?

Per Norm, he said we lose Ellis for the year. Nothing definitive though.
