Well the Boys are now stacked on paper like they haven't been since our last Super Bowl win. The front office has done an incredible job this off season with trades and re-signing free agents. Now it's up to Dak! If he can play like he's capable, the Boys have a great chance of competing for a Championship. If he plays to the mediocre level he did the last few seasons, it won't matter who is around him because he won't be able to get them the ball. We'll see!!??
stacked? lol we did a good job. but i’m wouldn’t say stacked

Both of you groups realize that there is going to be a day of reckoning on Dak sooner or later, don't you? One bunch or the other....either the haters or the lovers....is going to eat crow and take a lot of heat when Dak either ultimately succeeds in the playoffs or is no lower a Cowboy and bows out without such success. I hope all of you can handle it.
Its not Dak's responsibility to win in the playoffs or win SB's. Its a team game. So if the team isnt good enough, thats not the QB's or the RB's fault.

Until you understand this basic team concept you will never understand football.

The Ravens won because Dilfer and Flacco were QB's who didn't hurt their teams with idiotic turnovers.

BWAAAAAAA!!!!!

Its completely the opposite. Especially with Dilfer they won because the team around Dilfer was soo good that they didnt have to rely on him to win it. Similar to Purdy and the Niners.

The day Dak is gone from the team is the day the team can start winning again...it's not about football as Qcard says.
Name the Winning Dallas Cowboy's QBs whom have started for Cowboys since Troy Aikman retired..

Watch Dak Haters Heads explode

I like the way CowboyRoy always ends his posts when others don't agree with him, it's "you don't understand football". lol. I guess the one's that don't understand football are here to learn from him...I guess.

The Defense was in the top 10 last year, the offense in the top 5. We’ve kept our two leading free agent tacklers, kept most of the other starters, got rid of a worn out RB and picked up 1 All-Pro on defense and another on offense. Yes, ON PAPER, they looked stacked vs. la sad t season!
All pro? Brandin Cooks hasn't even made a pro bowl. Now he's an all-pro?

Gilmore was great in 2019. All pro year. But that was a lifetime ago in NFL years.

FTR I am all for these moves/additions but to say we are "stacked" now by resigning some guys and adding some older/ journeymen doesn't equal "stacked" in my book.

I think Dak CAN lead the Cowboys to success. I just do not know if he WILL. I think the coaching changes this season is a step in the right direction. The team needed to do something. The QB position is almost vital for a team to have success. They must produce in crunch time in general and in playoff game in particular. That is why they are paid twice as much or more than any other player on the team. Thus far Dak has racked up a lot of nice stats but he just does not have that "crunch time" positive resume

Depends on playoff success.
My hunch is Jethro and Son would find a way to screw it up with Mahomes . They’d probably pay him a 100 million a year and leave nothing for Cap to surround him. Jethro would say when you have Mahomes don’t need an OL. Lol

Elite QB’s make a big difference but not the absolute answer. Allen still hasn’t seen a championship. Rodgers won only one .

Must have a great situation , coaching staff and front office to manage it properly which NE and KC had or have.

But that’s not the norm everywhere with Elite QB’s . Not sure why anyone would believe this dysfunctional organization would be one of them .

Only the idiot fanboys will...most uf us support Dak, but also blame him when he deserves it.
The idiot haters will blame Dak for everything and not look beyond that.
Yea, I think most logical fans are more in the middle. They see Daks weaknesses and strengths . And the rest of our strengths and weaknesses as well.

This team or franchise aren’t just an Elite QB away from a Super Bowl.

Its amazing how bad some of these people are at this football thing.
Most fans are casual. They follow the national media like on ESPN, NFLN and social media .

Everything is driven around the QB. To them it’s all about winning championships that define success and greatness.

Win one you’re immortalized . Don’t win one you suk. It’s really laughable .
