I admire your team loyalty, but the Cowboys are just not competitive at the moment and aren’t on the same level with Washington and Philadelphia sad to say.
Jerry continues to overestimate the talent of this team and as a result, fails to make moves to shore-up positions weakened by free agency and injury; failed to address the run game and acquire a legitimate WR to complement CD. How long as the DL remained a liability as well? Years.
Even without the injuries, the Cowboys have inferior coaching and an outdated scheme…the staff has failed to make the transition to the modern day NFL in that regard.
With the cap situation, wasting future draft picks with questionable acquisitions and reticence to upgrade the coaching…I don’t think the Cowboys will be competitive within the division for a couple of years.
The Cowboys are lucky not to be last, I expected the Giants to be better than what they have shown thus far this season.
