It is just my observation but I think that atypical Saquon Barkley gaffe made him even more focused in executing all aspects of his game. Anyone can see he is really enjoying playing in that offense but he is also playing like a man possessed.

I am still not convinced how far Philadelphia will go this season. Even so, I think it is a safe bet Barkley will go above-and-beyond maximizing the Eagles' ultimate potential.

Good point. He definitely looks reborn in an offense that clearly leverages his talent. And I agree that there are too many poorly executed plays or stupid coaching decisions to think the Eagles will advance, but there isn't an obvious juggernaut in the NFL at the moment. The Chiefs' 9-0 record looks a lot like the Eagles 10-1 record from last year. Just barely scraping by and some occasional miraculous plays or ridiculous referee decisions going their way. It seems pretty open, at least in the NFC where only Detroit and Philly have been relatively consistent.

I won't disagree regarding how the Chiefs have played. I just think they know how to win. Kinda like the Patriots used to do. With the way Spags has the defense playing, all they need to do is hang around and eventually that Mahomes magic happens.

Yes they're the Ultimate Team but Patrick mahomes is allowed to have bad games or off games or below average games and they're still winning and nobody talks about his interceptions as bad plays or his bad decisions his off balls that are thrown too high too low but his receiver still catch them you know when the receivers are not open they fight for the ball they make sure they knock it down so maybe it doesn't get intercepted I think people are missing this point and I'm not reading what that guy said because he's blocked on ignore so I can't tell what you're responding to I can tell you this if somehow you don't think Prescott could be successful with Andy Reid and that team you guys are clueless this is like saying you couldn't take Romo or dak and put them on the 70s and 90s championship team that somehow we wouldn't win those championships are ridiculous we have some really good quarterbacks here the last two decades and they get wasted by bad defense and poor team play bad GM or bad coaching or bad off seasons or injuries or the referees whatever it is we had our dynasty twice the Kansas City Chiefs took 56 years to get back to this place but recently they've had to make concessions in talent but their coaching staff has picked it up and Patrick mahomes not just this year the last six or seven games last year also not very good in the regular season and yes he has time to eventually make a player 2 that's Patrick mahomes elite like but his play is far from good this year he's being given credit for things he's not doing right now the team is picking him up..

just like we watched Jared golf, don't you find it interesting that your quarterback can actually make a mistake 5 interceptions in a game it's somehow the defense still doesn't give up 30 points what was the final score that game I don't remember but it's kind of funny the defense special teams and coaching kept them in that game long enough come back don't you find an interesting similar thing happened to the playoffs last year San Francisco they had the same bad first half we had against those lions but what did their team do they didn't blame the quarterback they didn't all get let down they didn't finger point they clawed back in it and won you know what our defense did they gave up three straight touchdowns to start the second-half but all our fan base can talk about is they believe Prescott's couple mistakes the first half lost in the game!!!!

do you need another example Matthew Stafford led the league in interceptions had two interceptions in the Super bowl and the Rams still won the Super bowl???HMMM

isn't that something isn't that crazy how we just keep blaming the quarterback or picking out individuals like Micah Parsons or lamb blame them because they're the focus of the fan base and somehow don't realize that this is a team game it starts with the head coaches and then all the rest of the coaching staff and then the players to try to all pick each other up when needed and not all come back to the same conclusion that your quarterback needs to play perfect in order to win that's the problem around here everybody thinks our quarterback which by the way the last game he got hurt in and we lost he had no turnovers and we still lost the game it doesn't matter what you do in the first half of the game have a couple interceptions if your defense can stand up if your special teens can make some plays and then they hold on long enough that your offense can then maybe have a good driver too late and make up for it that doesn't happen often around here...

the worst thing that can happen is the players and coaches believe that and they keep the veterans in and fight and fight and fight and I don't believe in tanking but they don't give the rookies and 3rd year players more reps valuable reps and real games so we can have a better shot at next year and they end up winning seven games instead of four or five and I mean as a fan yes I want them to win games but that mindset scares me

The quarterback can make many mistakes as long as none of them cost his team the victory. When an NFL team loses a game the players on the losing team are scrutinized. Those that performed less than expectations are derided. Do you have a problem with that?

I’m a Brian Kelly fan and as long as he’s coaching LSU I’m a fan until he leaves, so I have watched Daniels and he’s not that good, I saw too many times that Brian Kelly got on his *** , literally cussing and chewing his butt after bone headed plays/decisions.

Just like all three teams can prove me wrong about the rest of the season.
