Its happening all over again

I can't wait to watch Dak go 22-26 for 300 yds and two TDS.

It'll go nicely with his 85 yards and one TD on the ground.....

Bring popcorn!!

The best thing that can happen is the team goes at least .500 with Dak and then Tony comes back healthy and leads the team deep into the Playoffs....Dak gets invaluable experience and Tony gets one more shot with a top notch Offense
The best thing is for us to win and if we win with Dak so be it. Romo has two more playoff games than Dak at this point. If We are winning with Dak and actually winning because of him and not in spite of him he should stay starter.

Prescott is a crap shoot. But, l am hoping for the best. He just needs to play well. Starting his career at home against the Giants is tough. Tony is done...so lets hope Prescott shows some life.

Dak is better than Weeden and Zeke will be better than any running back we have seen not named Emmett.

I know one named Tony that would like to have a word with you for about 12,036 yards or so.

In case you forgot:

1,000 yards rushing 9 of his 10 seasons with Dallas (and the only one not over 1,000 was a 9 game strike season).

As for Dak and Tony. I want them both to succeed and root against no Cowboy. Don't know why anyone would.

Ouch. Lets not forget Tony Dorsett. Great Cowboy. Write a note to yourself...don't get old.;)

Just like it did with Romo. Romo basically came out of nowhere. He looked great in preseason and some people started to get on board. Annoyingly so, like I am with Prescott. Seems waaaaay tooo early type thing.

And essentially what happens is that you get half the fans on the pre bandwagon and half the fans annoyed by the hype. And this is where the hatred all starts and the fans get divided.

Everyone should just get on the Dak bandwagon now so if and when he does succeed we dont have fans rooting against him just to be proven right. I see it happening all over again. Especially with the support for holding onto the Romo dream.

I prefer not to lean one way or the other at this point. He looked great in the preseason except for on a couple of throws. Let's see where he goes from there. He could be the next quarterback find or out of the league in a few years.

TD was and still is my favorite player All Time. Met him at the HOF several years ago. Like it or not Emmett is King of that rushing record now. I just happen to believe Zeke will do well and break Tony's records.

lol sounds like we drafted the worst qb in the draft. some ppl in there seem to know their stuff and seem quite accurate tho.

truthfully, if it were goff or wentz playing like dak , they would be the real deal. but since its dak ... well "its only preseason"

cant wait for the game! hoping dak continues to progress through the struggles approaching.

Oh my it's been so long since we've been a consistent winner

Winning cures all , as we return to Greatness the petty arguments will disappear and everybody will be defending the team against trolls and scum bags from other teams
Finally back to normal

I'm definitely not against Dak but I'm sure as hell not jumping on any bandwagon based on a few pre season results. As I've said in other threads, with the supporting cast Dak has I have very high expectations from him, as I would with any qb who has the best O line, running back, tight end and top receiver in the league.

I appreciate the optimisim but I want to see real season results and today is only the start.
