The more Romo hands the ball off the better his health will be and the better the defense will be...

Romo is going into this off season better than he has been that last 2 or 3 years. And with the team in better shape too in those same years.
But yet there are those calling for his demise. Brady is how much older, but yet people act as if he's in his 20's. But, can't do anything to change those opinions, so won't try. Just post a different opinion at times.

And that is encouraging for Romo. He didnt get too banged up this year. And he is playing it right He will just go to the ground now and take a sack. Smart. He isnt messing around unless they really really need it. Thats my perception at least.

And who knows, maybe he is effective for 5 more years. I hope so.

I think the reason people worry more about Romo, is because of the Back problems. Back problems never really go away..........I would also "guess" that Romo has been hit more then Brady......You don't see Brady running around back there, like you saw Romo do in his running days....

Either way, I think its time to start preparing for him not being around. And I would think, if you're going through the draft to replace him, that the draft choice will benefit from sitting/learning for a few years.....

It seems to me, we are a young young team. We should be good for years to come. It would be a shame, not to have a legitimate QB ready, that could take this team to the playoffs. Which is what it is. A playoff team.

I know, we could probably get away with a few more years of not addressing it. And maybe Vaughn is the answer? I just worry. Romos style of play and movement has changed drastically.... I dont see him playing more then 3 years. He will be 37 years old.....

Brady is 37 now, so you have a point... Manning 38.

Backs are tricky. Sometimes they feel great and if you just move the wrong way they can go out. I've had back problems for over 20 years. You just never know so the sooner we win a SB with Romo the better.

Romo just had his best year ever... I wouldn't want to write him off anytime soon.

God I thought this was an elvis video

That song has been stuck in my head since I saw the title.
Been listening to the Bambi Molesters to extricate it from my cranium ever since. Thank goodness it's working... I can breathe again.

Yeah, I do. I still do. The year hasn't panned out yet. I don't get your point.

You have a bad feeling about this.

You think this opens up the window.

You still have a bad feeling.

I think there's quite a bit you don't get.

I wouldn't say never. We have managed to strengthen the roster, but not jeopardize our future capabilities. After Romo's hit this year, we have like 30-40 million in cap space next year (notwithstanding a deal to Bryant and maybe Hardy). In other words, we'll see in 2015 if we can repeat the success of 2014, but still have the ability to continue strengthening the team in the forseeable future either way.

I knew that rational minds will prevail. 30-40 million in cap space is a lot and could afford both Bryant and Hardy then.

With the signing of Hardy and the contract of Romo(his health), we have these next two years to send Romo into the sunset.

Romo thinks it's still another 4 or more.
Guess we'll see.

I don't mean to be blunt, but i'll just be brutally honest: You're being a bit rude and unnecessarily condescending. If you're thinking i'm one of those who are constantly against the front office, you're wrong. I just don't have a good vibe about the signing. Apparently, you do. There's no reason to be rude.
