Yeah no one knows how long he will last.. but the Cowboys would be absolute idiots not to try and find out if he can return to his all pro level. I think he rushed back from that ankle last year which is why it cost him two stints on the injured list and caused his footwork to suffer when he DID make it back. People forget how well he was playing before TP rolled up on his leg that first time. Injury history be damned.. I'm giving that guy his job back the moment he's ready and let him prove whether he can play or not. Then I can decide what I need to do next based on information and data not feelings and guesswork.
Can you imagine on a screen pass seeing Tyler and Tyron running at you? In front of Zeke? I foresee many business decisions in the future.

I'm hoping he is ready this upcoming game. I would get him on a snap count to try to ease him back into the game maybe use Tyron and Peters rotating throughout the game.

Good that he's back. But he didn't get any younger.
I say he'll be injured again.
At least we have a line so if he gets injured again, it won't hurt us much.

If Tyron is healthy I would hope for a rematch with the 49ers just so I can watch Tyron get revenge on Bosa. I don't think Bosa finishes the game if a healthy Tyron is in there. Or he does.. he finishes it on the other side.. against Steele..

LOL. Only reason I used Zeke instead of Pollard in that analogy is people are scared to tackle Zeke. So him behind those 2 monsters would be scary to see. Pollard would go untouched to the endzone behind them lol

Yep...I figured you were talking about 3 tanks in your field of vision and a "holy SHIP!" thought...a deion Sanders tackle.

Pollard does his The Flash imitation.

..and after two series in his first return game, we'll get an immediate sideline report that he's out with an injury and listed as a questionable return. ..

But at least this year we have a far much better Plan B option than what we had last year with the likes of Nyseke and moving Steele over to LT.

Only thing I’m concerned with is continuity on the Oline. Hope this happens before the playoffs to get all the kinks out

I love “his grunts” and guys being mad and having bruised chests.
if he is ready then its such a great news. I like what tyler has done, but Tyron is still better than him and still top 5 tackle in the league. if Tyler can move inside and provide some power, then this is great news....

we learned Tyler can play tackle, so he is the future, and we can only get better with Tyron for post season....

this is exciting. perhaps McGovern can go to his part time TE role ;)

Don't we already know what Tyron is? I expect him to excel at pass blocking, just not as much as he did 5 years ago, and to be a little stiff run blocking. I don't see Tyron running 30 yards downfield to make a block like Tyler Smith does.
