Sounded like stats were more important than throwing the ball away. What’s your point? Where in that post did I say don’t win the game?

Big Ben had the size to break tackles the dude was the size of a damn mack truck for crying out loud so it's understandable that he was able to eat a sack here and there but had the size to break out and make a play. Dak isn't that guy and is going to go down the moment he gets hit. He’s Big Ben and refuses to throw the football away! Maddening
Did you read my post? I verbatim argued against the notion he doesn’t throw the ball away because he doesn’t want to hurt his stats lol….i don’t know what you saw that made you think I was saying stats were more important than throwing the ball away.Sounded like stats were more important than throwing the ball away.
Exactly, don't insult Big Ben. Ben has 2 SP wins. He’s Big Ben without the arm, the mind, and the wins
What games have you been watching? Dak had been throwing passes away throughout this season.one time? what team have you been watching? Dak does this almost every game. i see lots of fans yelling on the game day threads when he does this almost every game.
So you turned against Dak, JC?Sounded like stats were more important than throwing the ball away.
I was never all in on him. I stated that many times. So you turned against Dak, JC?
He's above average and his deficits are primarily mental. Romo became a better decision-maker between age 30 and 34, if you want an example of what I am talking about. This was Dak's 8th year. No coach is going to be able to teach him anything substantially helpful this late in his career. He is what he has shown to be, which is an average QB that caves under pressure.
Sorry to hear bro.I was never all in on him. I stated that many times.
This was what pushed the needle toward the downside.
I'm sorry.......while your opinion is worthy just like mine.........2 cents on a good day.......that was comical about the mental aptitude of Romo with the same disappointing results and heartbreaks. Fell out my chair on that one. He's above average and his deficits are primarily mental. Romo became a better decision-maker between age 30 and 34, if you want an example of what I am talking about.
It is possible to become a better decision-maker as a QB after year 30 season. It's unlikely the Cowboys win with Dak at this point, but if they want to keep trying it, then a coach that can focus on this aspect of his game would help.
When ever he rolls right and throws, his leg pops up high way out straight in front of him like he's been looking at girlie pics in the huddle. It all the things. Inaccurate. Poor footwork. Bad decisions. Holds ball too long. Mental midget in big games. Poor relationship with receivers. Takes untimely sacks. Throws untimely picks.
Maybe he needs someone to radio it in to do so when he's in FG range. Like he got the Louie V bag as a reminder for his SB goal location.Yeah I don’t get why he has never learned how to throw the ball away
Takes sacks instead
throwing the ball away affects his stats negatively. it’s a business decision for Dak…..he’s pathetic.Yeah I don’t get why he has never learned how to throw the ball away
Takes sacks instead
