Just wanted to know if there's any more optimistic people out there saying that it's just preseason and everything will be alright.

The injuries to the O-line are more than worrisome. I feel like this Cowboys team is a Ferrari and the O-line has the Ferrari sitting on cinder blocks..in other words..nice to look at but useless and will never go anywhere.

It's time to get desperate like the Vikings and trade for Mankins.

The Dez Bryant pick is looking pretty fail right now since there's going to be 2 seconds for Tony to make his reads. WHat's the point of having all these weapons?

Who would start pulling the trigger on some moves?

If the front office listened to you, we wouldnt have a draft pick left for the next 5 years.

and then you would turn around and yell that we dont draft our own talent.

In next years draft, the first three picks better be a tackle, a center, and a guard. Dallas has got to stop with the late draft picks or undrafted free agent offensive linemen. To get top quality offensive linemen, you have to draft top offensive linemen, not scrubs or rejects.

If it was up to me, our Oline would consist of Nick Mangold,Michael Oher,Jared Gaither,Mike Iupati and Vlad Ducasse.

and everyone would be thanking me.

And all but one of those guys was traded for.

So we should reach no matter what and come away with picks like the three gloves (DBs) we did a few years ago?

I mean if the players are not there, they are not there and you should not reach for them IMO.

The injury that will keep out Kosier for 3 games tops?

No, you give Holland a chance before you spend a high draft pick on Mankins.

Wait until the end of preseason if necessary.

Saints won a SB last year with Bushrod (JAG) at LT. Just sayin.

Yes we would be thanking your for living in Candy Land or fantasy island as we would not have all of the high end picks required to get those guys to start with.

and an offensive genius that knew everyones strengths and weaknesses.

Not an OC that calls for 5 step drop, when clearly they arnt capable.

I would bet both my arms you complained about sean payton ad nauseum when he was here.

I would. But I would gag Jerry in the closet and make sure somebody else does the trading.

A whole season is going to get flushed down the toilet...and a very talented team with possibilities will be completely thwarted.

Act or this season could be over fast.

Repeating myself: this team needs TWO linemen. (And I said that before Kosier's injury)

Nick Mangold. Drafted in 2006 after Bobby.
Michael Oher. Drafted in 2008 at pick 21. AKA Royetta pick
Jared Gaither. Traded for a 2nd
Mike Iupati. Trade up in 2010 draft to aquire.

BYE

Jason Garrett as offensive coordinator is a five year old driving his dad's Ferrari and guess what...the power steering just went out...

It aint hindsight when I simply called for it at the time.

I think the youngsters like Brewster and Young will come through, and the backups like McQ and Holland and Barron will shine.

And I think there's a unicorn outside my door with a bag of lollipops and rainbows for me.

So happy.

Why worry most of our injured players will be back before the tough part of our schedule begins? Aren't the Commanders playing with a rebuilt offensive line? Chicago and Houston dont have great lines either. We should be in fairly good shape after the bye week.
