It's too early for Roy Williams to be a prima donna and to be pouting

In the past few days, I've read stories about RW pouting to the media, telling them that he's the worst WR in a mocking self-critique, blah, blah, being defensive and today I read that he's saying he and Romo are definitely not to where they want to be, that it is rare when he breaks and the ball is there etc. etc.

Roy, you second-tier WR and softie, you haven't done anything yet as a Lion or Dallas Cowboy to be deserving of prima donna status. You are replacing a legend, and as prima donna T.O. could be, at least he turned in performances like a great receiver.

Mark my words, gentlement, before the season is over he'll be yelling at Romo to throw TO HIM AND NOT TO WITTEN SO OFTEN.

My advice to you, RW the Unproven, be glad you have fellow players of the caliber of Witten, Bennett, Felix, Romo and Tash and Bash. Without them you'd even look more like the average player you are.

But don't just disregard this premonition. Get back to me by mid-season as we look upon the RW Poor Ol' Me Show.

the problem the 90s boys have with Roy is that if he cant go deep then he has to go over the middle... Troy and the Playmaker made a living over the middle.

I laughed pretty hard when I read the subject, and even harder when I read like the first three lines.

Give this guy a comedy award.

You make a valid point, although you may be taking it a bit too far.

Roy is most definitely pouting right now as he has by far the thinnest skin now that Roy Williams the saftey is gone.

I just wish he would do what he originally said and not talk to the media. Because he just sounds like an insecure *****.

Try, just for 2 minutes; to imagine the pressure RW11 is under on a National level.
He's been thrown under the bus and dragged. He's scrutinized every day by people who's only job is to find a weakness mentally or physically.
He's expected to fill a HOF players shoes by many.

He's smiling and working hard, working early and getting positive results.
I can hardly wait till the regular season. :D
If Troy Aikman has said that Roy is different and dedicated and looking good, I'll take his opinion lol.

Funny how so many people agreed with Troy when he negatively criticized Roy, but now that Troy sees something positive in Roy, there's no mention of that by those same people.

Definitely some valid points in the post but it is too soon to label him. He does whine a bit and tends to deflect blame away from himself vs. accepting responsibility.
