When we lose like we did to GB in the playoffs it makes the entire next seasons regular season meaningless to me almost.

I come alive as a Cowboy fan during the playoffs but the regular season feels like i'm just going through the motions.

If the fog represents postseason success, then yes. Jerry has had at least 7 bottles of JW blue and is running around with a crazy face like Gary Busey on a major bender. He's grasping at the fog. An interminable fog, unless Bill Murray saves us and drives him in a truck off a cliff (which would make me sad, cause I like Bill Murray).

Yeah I hear ya...but that means that the cowboys are typically competing for a playoff spot which is better than a lot of organizations

Join the group. How could anyone blame you? The homers here have to be either 1) Too young to know the early days 2) Too stupid to see the issues 3) Too comfortable with mediocrity 4) Too kind to complain about anything

My take is that the roster is good and they have a cheap QB for a couple years so the cap should be ok. That said Jerry has created a terrible culture of accountability and Garrett is a clown so I don't see them making any real playoff noise. The hope is that Jerry goes the Parcells route 1 more time and hires a real coach.

Cheer up. With relatively good health we are going to be a playoff team this year. We have a young nucleus in place. Even if we were to miss the playoffs that would mean the Red Clapper would probably get fired which would also be a good thing. Good times are ahead. Stay with us

It was the last Coors Light I ever had. I switched to Heineken at the time.

The trouble is 31 other teams are trying to win it all every year, regardless of whether or not they won it the previous year...the greedy *******s. So, as a fan, logically your mental health truly depends on your ability to reconcile the fact that you win some, you lose some...

Oh, absolutely. I don't expect to win it all that often. However, what I do expect is a GM who doesn't have to go through a very slow process of learning things that most of us knew years ago. OL, DL, injured players, lateral agility, burst, burst out of the breaks, sand in his pants, core strength, processing speed, instincts. I'm not sure we're even aware of such basic terms.
