i have vented my vent, rage, anger, hurt. Even some zoners that told me, i didnt know what i was talking about, quit preaching doom and gloom, etc, now they have come over and see what i have been talking about.
My main thing, is changes are coming, thats what i have wanted, thats the first step. You have too acknowledge there is a problem, within yourself, and then you can move on, wade has accepted that to a degree. Has he accepted that the players must be accountable and the coaches, no, he still wavers on that. But he did say changes are coming we will see.
Then, its up to jerry jones too, jerry has stated that he will find out the players and coaches that havent put all of their energy, heart and soul into this team, but played around, expected to be a cake walk etc, that jerry would find out whose those players were and if they didnt change, they would no longer be on the team.
I am pretty sure he knows who they already are, and will act accordingly if they dont change.
Next step is when wade said the responsibility is still his, and he would take the blame, and most of the players said, we should be taking the blame.
Thats where closed meetings come in and players hash it out privately, get it all out, leaders step forward and make players accountable, then you have the start of a team.
Next step is where wade said changes would be coming with game planning and defense. Along with practices changes, just like jimmy johnson said, this can be fixed, you work longer than you have on special teams, you work longer on penalities, and finding key things you do, mastering them, making things more simple for defenders, and seeing that the players do this.
Now if this means the players coaches start hitting in practice, spend an extra hour or two working on special teams, penalities, offensive line, defensive line etc, then thats what you do.
You start there with all of these things, and improve, and keep taking those steps, and if you turn it around, you dont say after you start winning, i can do it my way like i used to do, and quit hitting in practicing, having the offensive linemen work on cardivacular work, etc. You keep it up and you fine tune it, while slowly keeping the iron hot on the players to improve and get better and to jell as a team.
Forgetting all of this pop ratza, this hard knocks star wonders, which should have never been done in the first place, and you make the Dallas Cowboys name to be feared among other teams, and get that respect, swagger back with adding killer instinct to put teams away.
